1. Order Processing & General Delivery Timelines

All Vapeuni orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of placement. Standard delivery timelines typically range from 12-17 business days, depending on your destination. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.

2. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and detailed instructions. You can monitor the status of your delivery via the official tracking platform:

Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking information to be updated in the system—this delay is standard as carriers process and log the package.

3. Order Cancellations & Address Modifications

You may cancel your order or update your shipping address at any time prior to the order being dispatched. Once the package has left our warehouse, we can no longer accommodate cancellation requests, address changes, or initiate refunds related to these adjustments.

4. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Shipping Service

Vapeuni offers convenient DDP shipping to select regions. With this service, you won’t be required to handle customs clearance or pay any additional import duties—all fees are covered upfront.
