7-Day Return Policy

Vapeuni offers a 7-day return window for eligible orders. This period begins on the date you receive your package. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request within these 7 days.

Return Eligibility

To be approved for return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, seals, and tags intact. You will also need to provide a valid order number or proof of purchase to help us process your request quickly.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@vapeuni.com to submit a return request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed return instructions.

Important: Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive items that are damaged, defective, missing, or inconsistent with your order, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item, you will first need to complete the return process for the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item to ensure fast and smooth processing.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers

For customers located in the European Union, we comply with EU regulations by providing a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, no explanation needed.

Items must still be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with full packaging and proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment service may require additional time to post the funds to your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at support@vapeuni.com for assistance.
