Payment

We accept a wide selection of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, SEPA, and more. You can view all available options on the checkout page.

An invoice can be requested upon checkout, and will be delivered to you by email.

We do not accept cash on delivery. We only support online payment.

Shipping

Countries eligible for DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping: no customs clearance required on your end, and all duties are covered.
USA – UPS Express (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
UK – Local DPD Express
Europe – UPS Express / DPD Express / DHL Express

European countries covered by DDP shipping: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.

All shipments to European countries (excluding the UK) will be customs-cleared in France and then forwarded to the final European destination from France

Shipping fees are usually calculated according to the weight of your order, the delivery destination, and the shipping method you choose. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

If your package is lost or experiences a long delay, please reach out to our customer support team. We will look into the matter and help you resolves it accordingly.

You can track your order by signing into your account and visiting the “Order History” area. We’ll also send you tracking details for your order through email.

Customs duties are not required at the moment, with the exception of Canada and Denmark.

Transportation to Europe typically takes approximately two weeks.
Transit times to the United States and Canada are also generally two weeks.

Returns

You may modify your order on or before 11:00 pm (PDT-7GMT) of the same day when the order was placed. Please contact us at KM@vapeuni.com to submit your modification request.

We offer a 15-day return policy, which allows you to submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your goods.
To qualify for a return, items must remain in their original received condition: unused, unopened, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, please contact us at KM@vapeuni.com If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to return your package. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
